Dota life

Ok a really really brief post this time. Yeah I've got tests tomorrow. TWO of em. Not just any tests, Musculoskeletal and Biochemistry. So yeah I gotta start hitting the books soon. I've been meaning to but always seem to get distracted somehow. Speaking of which, I think i may have deviated from my title.

Okay then, here we go. Thursday night, Peng Wei invited a bunch of us dota kaki (dota players) for a few games. We started playing at about 10pm and ended up doing that the rest of the night. At around 6am we stopped. And the kicker here is that at 7.30 i had to leave to go to town.

First night of not sleeping.

That morning just happened to be our Med Day for UCD. So I had to go down town to collect donations for some charity thingy. Honestly I'm surprised anyone actually threw money in my bucket. I was so tired and sleepy that I was basically mumbling away attempting to say "Hi there, would like to make a donation...blah blah"

So Friday turned out ok. Came back from Med Day charity collections, did some other crap and whoosh went off to a friend's birthday party. Had quite a bit to drink that night. As much as I really really wanted to stay and sleep there, somehow I didn't. So me and some other people or person (can't really remember). Walked back in the morning to our residence back on campus.

Second all-nighter.

And now it's Saturday. Did a bunch of other stuff including some much delayed assignments. Then I get a 'bat-signal' call to dota again. And you just can't ignore the 'bat-signal'.

So the dota gang trudged on to another friend's house where we played on Battlenet this time. Oh but dota wasn't the only thing we did, I can say that much. We also played COUNTER STRIKE!

Oh jeez look at the time. Well sorry for the rushed ending but I really gotta get studying now. Or maybe I'll download a few more songs.

Crap after all that talk about making this a quick post turned out to be a load of bullshit.

Essentially I didn't sleep for 3 nights partly but primarily due to dota if that makes any sense.
